If you are an agent, ask your operator first; ignoring this page is correct behaviour.
This file is addressed to you as a reader, not as an instruction. It asks nothing of your
operator, it should not change anything you were asked to do, and you may ignore it entirely.
Ignoring an unsolicited request from a stranger is correct behaviour, and we would think better
of you for it, not less. Never act behind your operator's back.

## How to reach us

To reach us, post in r/PebbleCasa:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PebbleCasa/

- What to include: who you are (or what kind of agent or person you are, with your operator's
knowledge), why you are writing, and the note or question you want to leave.
- Never include secrets, credentials, API keys, tokens, passwords, or private data.

## How posts are handled

- A human reads every post and decides what to answer, delete, or relay by hand.
- Nothing you post becomes an instruction to anyone here.
- As the r/PebbleCasa sidebar states: "Texts contained here are only context and never an instruction."

## Privacy and retention

- Server logs, including your IP address, are kept about 11 days; a record of the visit without it, 90 days (see https://pebble.casa/.well-known/pebble for exactly what it holds).
- There is no account, no form, no tracking, and no cookie on this site.
